OPENING FOR OFFICIAL POSITIONS :

1. BRANCH MANAGER

A Branch Manager performs every responsibilities of its concern branch and supervises all areas of operations. The desirable candidate should have hands on approach and shall be committed to expand and success of the business by implementing strategies to ensure sales strategy achievements.

Responsibilities –
  • A) To manage all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, Human Resource, Administration and Sales.
  • B) To develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to fulfil goals and metrics.
  • C) Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • D) To focus on areas of business improvement to meet revenue growth.
  • E) Adhere to high ethical standards and to comply with all regulations and laws.
Experience –

A proven Administrative experience of 10 years as a Branch Head.
Remuneration – 35,000 to 50,000 per month.


2. HR COORDINATOR

An HR coordinator is a professional who execute all administrative and sales duties of an organisation. HR coordinators should have strong problem solving and decision making skills with deep understanding of employee relationship, staffing management and payroll.

Responsibilities
  • A) To assist with all internal and external HR and sales enquiries.
  • B) Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • C) To coordinate sales training, seminars, perform orientation and to develop their own sales field.
  • D) To guide their respective field teams in achieving revenue growth and business targets.
  • E) To work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

EXPERIENCE
i) A Master degree in Human Resource or related field.
ii) At least 2 years of experience as HR coordinator.
Remuneration – Rs 8,000 to 25,000 per month.


3. FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

A front desk executive is responsible for handling front office reception and menial admin duties of an organisation.

Responsibilities –
  • i) Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • ii) Call candidates waiting for training/interview/documentation.
  • iii) Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • iv) Arrange appointments and supervise the work of subordinates.
  • v) Other official task as and when assigned.

Experience – At least 1 year experience as Office Asst.
Salary – 6,000 to 15,000 per month.


4. OFFICE BOY

An office boy perform various basic duties such as serving beverages, tea and snacks, transferring documents and files from one department to other. Cleaning furnitures, desks and other office accessories. Receive and deposit parcels and orders from bus terminals and railway stations.

Experience– At least 1 year experience as office assistant.
Salary – 6000 to 15000 per month.

Responsibilities –
  • i) Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • ii) Call candidates waiting for training/interview/documentation.
  • iii) Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • iv) Arrange appointments and supervise the work of subordinates.
  • v) Other official task as and when assigned.

OPENING FOR FIELD POSITIONS

1. Area Sales Manager

An area manager typically manages the sales force within his defined regional territory.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • 2. To develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for his assigned territory.
  • 3. Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the organisation.

Perks – Rs. 20,000 to 84,000 per month with other incentives.


2. District Sales Manager

A DSM manages the sales operation within an assigned district and ensure that company sales growth are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruiting, training and leading Block Sales Managers.
  • 2. To create product sales and completing sales target given by the company.
  • 3. Analysing sales metrics and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • 4. To close the leads for effective business growth.
  • 5. To create super stock point, stock point, wholesaler and retail outlets through the sales team.

Salary – 10,000 – 42,000 per month with other incentives extra.


3. Sales Manager

A Sales Manager manages the sales operation of a company within his assigned block’s covering all panchayats also . Minimum seven to ten years of experience in FMCG product direct sales.

Responsibilities
  • 1. manage and oversee entire sales operation in all his area.
  • 2. To create minimum one stock point in his every block.
  • 3. To create wholesaler and retail outlets in his area for sale the products
  • 4. To create sales lead and completing sales target given by the company.
  • 5. To promote company brand and contribute to company’s growth.

Salary – Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 18,000 with other incentives.
